The proposed methodology is our creation, highly embrassed by EU in the SEESGEN-ICT project and then presented in International Communication Union under Telecom Italia invitation. It provides all parts a fair participation in CO2 market and allows a real depiction of the consumption and the according CO2 emission -cost. Watch according publication here
